By uploading bills or entering bill information, you:

  • Confirm that the bills are your own or you have authority to share them
  • Grant us permission to process and extract data from your bills
  • Allow us to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service and provide comparative statistics
  • Understand that bill images are processed and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

You retain ownership of your personal data. We do not claim ownership of your bills or personal information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent bill information
  • Upload bills belonging to others without their consent
  • Attempt to manipulate rankings or statistics
  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of bill comparisons or statistics
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Bill comparisons and insights are based on crowdsourced data and should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee savings or specific outcomes from using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any)
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
